You just received your prepaid debit card and not sure how to begin using it?

We recommend you reread over the cardholder website on back of your card for more specific details.

Here are a few things to remember as you get started with your new prepaid debit card:

1.  Please retain and save your four digit access number

  • In the same envelope your card came in, there is a paper with your four digit Access number.
  • Be advised only you know your four digit access number.
  • The access number is good for when you log in to your cardholder website and automated phone number located on the reverse side of your card.
  • You can activate your card on your cardholder website or the automated phone number with your card number and access number.

2.  Please retain and save your four digit pin number.

  • In the mail (about 3 days after your card arrives) separately you will receive your four digit Pin number.
  • Be advised the pin is different than your access number.
