1) How do I order one of the products you support?
- We are sorry. We are customer service only. We can’t take orders. Our customers can only order online/internet.
2) Are these order sites safe?
- Yes. These online/ internet order sites are protected, encrypted and your information is not retained by the company.
3) What is the status of my order?
- Customer service can review your order and where it is in processing.
4) How long before I get my product?
- Once you authorized your order and the automated processing is completed it can take about 15-20 business days for regular mail deliver to your address.
5) I received my product but what do I do now?
- Congratulations. Please make sure to keep any and all information that came with your product and/or service. Customer service can guide you on your next step or refer you to a special product support site located on the back of your card.
6) What if I don’t remember the order site I authorized?
- No problem. We are your customer support let us help you. We can provide you the details and records of your authorization.
7) Can I request my proof of authorization?
- Absolutely. We are here to help. We will need to verify you and the address on record it can be mailed out to you. Remember we suggest you keep a copy of all the online/internet purchases you make.
8) Why do I have a charge?
- Customer Service can go over with you the authorization and charges with you. Remember we recommend that you review the terms & conditions for all charges and fees. Always print and retain a copy of the terms & conditions.
9) What if I want to cancel my order?
- We will honor the terms & conditions as they appeared and you agreed to. Remember we recommend you always read the terms & conditions and keep a printed copy for your records.
10) How can you tell who placed the order?
- The online orders require full authorization by the online customer and capture IP address, date and time. The information captured is traceable to the customer for your safety and security.
11) Is there assistance with fraud?
- Yes. We do cooperate with all law enforcement agencies in the pursuit of fraud. We can send the proof of authorization submitted for their full investigation.
